How to Return

- We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label via email.
- Pack the item in its original packaging (if possible) and ship it back.
- Once we receive the return, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

- Items should be in their original condition — minor installation marks are fine.

Warranty
Every CoopGuard product comes with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures during normal use. It does not cover damage from misuse, modification, or extreme conditions beyond the product's rated specifications.
To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll either repair, replace, or refund your product at our discretion.
